Product Accuracy & Small Batches
Our products are hand-crafted in small batches using natural Ayurvedic herbs. Because of this, slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
Medical & Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are for cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Payments & Pricing
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely via Wix. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
As noted in our Shipping Policy, CourtesyNaturalz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered" to the address provided, our responsibility ends. Please contact the carrier directly for any delivery disputes.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including the "Be Flawless. Be Beautiful." branding, images, and product descriptions, is the property of CourtesyNaturalz and may not be used without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
