Final Sale Policy

To ensure the safety and health of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used hair care products. Please ensure you have selected the correct items before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if your product arrives damaged, we want to make it right.

  • Notification: Please contact us at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Evidence: Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

As stated in our Shipping Policy, CourtesyNaturalz is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. No refunds will be issued for "porch piracy" or theft. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the small-batch fulfillment process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Results Disclaimer

While we believe in the power of the "Ayurvedic Way," individual results may vary. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference for scent, texture, or perceived results.
